Christmas Terms & Conditions

Whether you’re joining us for a festive feast, afternoon tea or seasonal celebration, please find all relevant terms and conditions below to help you plan your perfect Christmas experience.

Festive Afternoon Tea
Full pre-payment required at the time of booking.

Festive Lunch & Dinner
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person will be required. Full pre-payment and pre-orders are due 4-weeks prior.

Santa’s Sunday Lunch
Full pre-payment at the time of booking.

Christmas Party Nights
Pre-booking required and a £10 non-refundable deposit will be required and full pre-payment and pre-orders 8-weeks prior.

Christmas Day Lunch & New Years Eve
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person will be required with full payment required 6-weeks prior to the event or 1st December latest.

Details & Prices
Full pre-payment required at the time of booking. All details and prices are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to alteration. Once a confirmed booking has been made, you will be advised in the unlikely event of any significant programme changes or a price change. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Dietary Requirements
Please notify the hotel if any of your party have any special needs or any dietary requirements when making your booking. Allergen information – we really want you to enjoy your meal with us – if you’d like information about ingredients in any dish please ask and we’ll happily provide it.
