We will talk with you to understand what you want to achieve. Sometimes delegates want to eat together, sometimes not – and we know if you’re with us for two or more evenings we need to make sure there’s plenty of variety and changing menus for delegates to choose from.
Our AA Rosette restaurant offers a host of delicious dishes made with the finest local ingredients. Our chefs use ingredients that are as local as possible to give a real flavour of the region.
We’re often asked for themed events, and Head Chef Marc will happily work with you to suggest ideas and themes that will make your event stand out from the rest. From outdoor BBQs and informal curry suppers, to steak and chips on big match nights, in front of the widescreen TV.
