Gym Only Membership
For those looking to get in shape or stay fit using our machines and free weights, our gym only membership gives you unlimited use of the gym facilities 7 days a week.

Mid Week Membership
For those who use the weekend for play and the weekdays to look after yourself, our Mid-week membership entitles you to use of the facilities from Monday to Friday, 6am to 7pm.

Lifestyle Membership

Business Membership
Available on a limited basis for 5 or more bona fide employees declared by the company. Contact the Spa manager for more details. Corporate incentives for employees can be incorporated, dependent upon the number of employees that subscribe.

Guests
Lifestyle and Midweek members may sign in guests at the rate of £17.50 per adult, per visit. Guests must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Spa Membership. Child usage times may vary – please speak to the Spa Team for more details. Non-members can attend by a prior arrangement and at the discretion of the Spa Manager, with our non-member guest fee rate of £35 applicable.
