During my time at high school in Food Tech, cooking my first dish of Pork, Cider & Apples

Exmoor Caviar or Bath Blue

4. What piece of kitchen equipment could you not do without?
Thermomix

5. What is your favourite dish to cook?
Anything Asian really, I love what they are doing over there especially Japan

Steamed Hirata Buns

Baking at home with mum when I was a little girl

Advanced chocolate work

I won the Bristol Young Chef 2019 award

A good steak & salad
